How This Works
Every engagement starts in the same place, with honesty about where your business actually stands. Not where you hope it is, or where it was six months ago. Where it is right now.
From there, we build a clear picture of what needs to change, in what order, and who needs to be involved. You stay in control of your business. I stay in your corner as the person who keeps the strategy honest and moving.
There are two ways to work with me, and every client starts with the same first step.
STEP 1
The Clarity Audit $500 USD | One time
Before any ongoing work begins, we start here. This is a structured diagnostic of your business, your operations, workflow, finances, strategy, and gaps.
You'll walk away with a prioritized written roadmap and a 60-minute call where we go through it together.
The audit gives us both a clear foundation to work from.
A Note on Capacity
I work with a small number of clients at any given time. When spots are full, the application form will say so. If you apply and timing isn't right, I'll let you know and we can revisit when a spot opens.

The Strategy Retainer
3-month minimum
For service business owners who need a clear strategic direction and a thinking partner to hold them accountable to it.
What's included:
- 2 x 60-minute strategy calls per month
- Async support via email and WhatsApp (48-hour response, business days)
- A monthly priority focus area, one thing we go deep on together each month
- A short monthly recap note summarizing progress and next steps
- Referrals and introductions to trusted partners when relevant

The Operational Strategy Retainer

For service business owners who need more depth, across finances, workflow, tools, and the connections to make it all work together. Everything in the Strategy Retainer, plus:
- Financial projections and budgeting work (we build and review together)
- Ongoing workflow and tools audit as your business evolves
- Active introductions to my trusted partner network
- A quarterly business review call in month three
This tier is for clients who are ready to look at their entire operation and make real structural changes.
